You want to try a splitboard? You’re keen to find out how splitboarding works and how the board rides? Then here’s your chance to do so!

Splitboard as well as avalanche equipment will be provided, both of which you will get to put to the test under professional advice. In addition to that there will be certified mountain guides and the elooa team coaching you. So you won’t only learn how to handle a splitboard on easy routes but also stay safe on the tour as well as the powder runs back down.

We will meet up on Friday evening at 5:00pm in our base in the valley. Here we start off with a basic introduction into splitboarding and the required equipment. Following that we’ll set up your K2 Splitboard for the weekend before we head out on our first ascent on Saturday morning. Depending on your own expectations and shape you will have the whole weekend to test your board and explore the mountains with it. In between we’ll also add valuable knowledge on avalanches and other alpine hazards.

So if you’ve always wanted to try a splitboard, are comfortable riding your regular board and already scored some first experiences in powder, our Basics Camp is the place to be!
